We handcraft our garments with care and want you to love your purchase.

If it’s not quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery (subject to the terms below).

Please note that Sale Pieces are not eligible for returns.


Frequently Asked Questions

When can I return an item?

  1. Wrong Item Received: If you didn’t get what you ordered.
  2. Color Variations: Hand‑dyed fabrics may exhibit minor color differences and imperfections. This is part of the charm and entirely normal. Sometimes, differences in displays, styling, angles, etc., may reflect different shades. Only major mismatches beyond typical variation qualify for returns.
  3. Manufacturing Defect: Genuine defects in garment construction. Minor handmade quirks aren’t defects.
  4. Damage in Transit:
    • If the packaging arrived intact but the item is damaged, please send photos for review.
    • If the packaging looks tampered with on delivery:
      • Refuse delivery or photograph the package before opening.
      • Open in front of the courier, record a video, and verify the contents against the invoice.
      • Note any issues on the delivery receipt.
  5. Wrong Size Received: If the item you received is the wrong size—not the one you selected when ordering, or if it’s not made per the size you provided.

Other Size & Fit Issues

Any other issue with size & fit is not eligible for return, but is covered under our Perfect Fit Guarantee.


Perfect Fit Guarantee

Under our Perfect Fit Guarantee, we’ll remake the garment at no extra cost and ship it to you. This isn’t applicable if you’ve submitted wrong measurements or selected the wrong size while placing your order. Sale Pieces excluded.


What conditions apply to returns?

  • 14‑day window: Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Keep it Pristine: Returned items should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with all original tags in place.
  • Approval Required: Do not ship back without our approval of the return request.
  • Review on Arrival: We’ll inspect every return. If an item doesn’t meet our guidelines, we may send it back at your cost.
  • No Personal‑Preference Returns: We can’t accept returns simply because tastes vary.
  • Customized & Custom‑Tailored Items: Eligible only for a remake or store credit.
  • Sale Pieces: Not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify these guidelines; the latest version will be posted here.

How long does a refund or store credit take?

We’ll email you as soon as we approve and process your return. It’s generally processed within 7 business days.
