Here are the steps you can follow to place an order:

Verify the items in your cart. You can also add some instructions for us, using the ‘Add Order Note’ field. Once done, move to ‘Checkout’!
Login with your account details. If you don’t have an account, enter your contact and shipping information.
If you have a discount code, enter it in the column on the right and click ‘Apply’.
Click ‘Continue to Shipping Method’.
Select a Shipping Method as per your preference, and click ‘Continue to Payment Method’.
Enter your payment details.
Enter the Billing Address, if different from Shipping Address.
Click ‘Complete Order’ and Voila! Your order is placed!
Your Order ID will be generated. You’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email with all relevant details pertaining to the order.

Our items are designer-made using time taking processes like hand-weaving, hand-spinning, hand-dyeing, hand-block printing, hand embroidery, and hand-tailoring by local artisans. All our pieces are made from natural materials, using eco-friendly practices. We do not use cheaper synthetic, chemical-based fabrics such as polyester, rayon, nylon, etc.
The beauty and grace of handmade products, made with attention to small details, is a rare find among commercial merchandise available at conventional retailers. This is due to the high cost of making things by hand.
Every piece is produced exclusively against an order - for each unique body type, compared to the limited size options available at other retailers. We offer 69 Size Options for every product. You don't have to ask us if a dress comes in your size since all dresses are available in all sizes, all the time. This saves a lot of time and effort for customers who run from store to store to find their preferred style in the right size.
Plus, Petite, Tall & Odd-Sized customers are underserved in the fashion industry. We make every piece available to them, in their size. Tall and Petite customers often have to get their clothes altered after purchase. This wastes a lot of time and money in the process. There are hardly any ready-to-wear options for these customers in the market.
We take 100% ownership of Quality. We do not believe in fakes, copies, or replicas made with poor finishing and cheap materials.
Prices shown on the website are inclusive of GST. What you see is what you pay.
Each piece is made with meticulous detail. Majority of our items come with real, usable pockets - a rarity in womenswear.
Our clothes are not for everyone. We have designed them for individuals who have outgrown mass-produced, fast-moving fashion (made from synthetic fabrics: polyester, nylon, etc.). For the ones who appreciate artisanal, handcrafted apparel, and believe in the use of sustainable solutions. Our customer isn't running after trends or brands, but looking for fresh, comfortable, feature-rich, and functional styles which are a reflection of their unique personality.
We launch 30+ fresh designs every week, which is equivalent to 52 collections in a year, compared to 4-6 collections launched by others, in a year. We aren't troubled with unsold inventory to liquidate since all our items are Made-to-Order.
We offer Free Shipping to any address in the world, without any Minimum Order Value (like most other brands). We commit to deliver your order within 7 Business days**.

At first glance, our prices may seem high. However, after adding up the value of offering a fresh and large variety of designer clothing in every size, coupled with the ease, convenience, flexibility, and value of our services, you'll find the pricing to be reasonable.
We aren't competing on price. There might be other retailers offering similar-looking dresses at lower prices, but they may not be adding the value of handwork on natural, plant-based fabrics.
We do not cut corners to lower costs. We operate in full compliance with local, national, and international best practices and laws. We offer Fair Wages, Law-Abiding work hours, Safe Work Environment, and Social Security to all our employees. We do not employ child labor.

Here are a few ways we do our bit:

Every item is produced exclusively against an order. This practice helps avoid unsold, excess inventory - which goes in landfills (~25% of clothes manufactured by big brands)
We pack each order in a reusable bag made from upcycled Katran (Waste Fabric), further minimizing waste.
High-quality plant-based natural fabrics ensure that your clothes last longer. They are durable and minimize wastage.
We use buttons that are derived from natural sources, instead of plastic buttons. By using natural materials, we reduce the discharge of harmful chemicals associated with textile production.
Most of our products are dyed in Azo-Free, Vegetable, or Natural dyes. Some of our garments are made from organic fabrics.
By creating, and working with timeless silhouettes - we offer styles that are evergreen. This helps avoid the incessant dumping of clothes.
Most work on our garments is done by hand, instead of a machine - from yarn making to garment tailoring. This creates more jobs for more people, per dress, compared to large-scale manufacturers and brands.
We are trying to support, preserve, and promote vanishing art & crafts by including them in the majority of our garments. These include Hand-Block printing, Ikat, Kantha Embroidery, and many more.
We operate in full compliance with local, national, and international best practices and laws. We offer Fair Wages, Law-Abiding work hours, Safe Work Environment, and Social Security to all our employees. We do not employ child labor.

As long as our dresses and services seem (pun intended) to be doing justice to our customers' expectations, we think we can live with this twist in our name.

We would surely like to try it and have debated it internally, but there are some practical problems we face:

Finding good, professional models is very difficult in Jaipur, India. Finding a diverse set of professional models is even tougher.
Sample Creation is a very long & thorough process. Size, drape & fit trial is a very critical part of this process. At the design stage, we aren't sure which size model will be available for the photoshoot. So as a convenience, we make samples in sizes 32, 34, or 36 as models in these sizes are readily available, and their body proportions do not vary that much from model to model.
Let's say we create samples in size 46", with a particular height. If a model (in that size) isn't available at that time, getting another model in that size with similar body proportions (across the shoulder, around arms, armhole, height, body shape, etc.) is extremely unlikely as these parameters vary a lot, across the size spectrum.

Short sleeves, with length 3-4 inches, can be added to some of the items, subject to style limitations. To request for sleeves, you may include the instruction in the "Add Order Note" textbox on the cart page, before checking out.

Yes, we can customize the product as per your requirements. Please share the required customization, along with your contact details. Our design team will check the feasibility and contact you.
